The Ragni Tehno Servis company has been set up to diffuse directly on the market the developed expertises on all its constituents, gained in a long time experience of design, construction and technical assistance of equipment and machines for the various fields in the production industry. The study and design of the equipment, machines and plants, as requested for on the market, are executed by the operations centre of the company, while the construction has been entrusted to specialized italian industries, able to guarantee a high quality and service level.
The main represented field is the one of the pellet granulation of products pertaining to the various fields of the agricultural and food industry: animal feedstuff, straw meals and dehydrated fodders as well as sawdust used as heating combustible, fertilizers as a by-product of organic and mixed-organic materials, and recycling products.
For all these products, complete pelleting production lines are proposed with leading technical solutions as well for the constructional characteristics chosen as for the equipment of exclusive optional components. Particular attention is dedicated to the quality of the system “production machine”: high functioning reliability, low energy consumption, low operating costs and elevated specific productions are the characteristics to which the most care is given during the designing phase, always in reference to the product in process. This implies that one is forced to personalize every machine of the pelleting production line as a function of the product (or the products) that the machine is asked to process and also to solve the specific requirements of every single client in the most possible exhaustive way. This leads to the necessity to create various models of the most requested machine of the production line, the pellet mill, each one with specific constructional characteristics based on the destination it can be used for, and a series of appropriate optionals to extal these characteristics.
